Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) identifies tissue abnormalities and at the same time manipulates the soft tissue to normalize its function. It is the therapy of choice for repetitive use injuries, chronic stiffness and soreness, and to maintain overall muscle integrity. Here at inTouch, NMT is the most used modality by all our therapists because of its effectiveness.
