COVID-19: Our Protocols for Re-Opening

COVID-19 Update 5/20/20
Our new policies and how we will be working differently to minimize exposure for everyone.

  • Therapists are required to take their temperature before their shift and will not be coming into work if any fever is detected.

  • Therapists will be wearing masks.

    • We encourage clients to also wear masks. The public health guidelines outlined by the Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department, Wisconsin Department of Health Services and the CDC recommend wearing one when out in public.

  • All clients will be asked standard screening questions prior to their appointment and before coming into our building.

    • We exercise the right to refuse treatment to any client who fails our screening or shows signs of being unwell.

  • Disinfection of all high-touch surfaces will be carried out multiple times per day.

    • UV light will be used on fabrics and soft surfaces

    • Disinfectant cleaner will be used on hard surfaces

  • To limit the number of people in our lobby at one time, we are asking clients to wait in their car until their appointment time.

  • We ask all clients to respect social distancing by leaving 6 feet of space between you and other clients.

  • In addition to regular hand washing, therapists will be using hand sanitizer before and after each service.

    • We will ask all clients to use hand sanitizer before (“Gel in!”) and after (“Gel out!”) their session as well.

  • Our self-serve beverage station will be temporarily unavailable.

    • Your therapist will provide you with refreshment after your service.
